“Seeing the people, He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and dispirited like sheep without a shepherd.” (Matt 9:36)

The year has started much as it ended - with the turmoil of Brexit (sorry, it could not be avoided) and the
fragility of global trade and the global climate. Of course, such temporal matters affect us to a greater or lesser extent, but what affects us more is how our God loves us so much and nothing we can do will lessen such love which is given freely.

As you read about four of young people who are supported through your compassion, and a family where love abounds, we hope that you will be uplifted by the good that is in the world, the certainty that love prevails, and the weeping that can and will be ended through faith, love and your kindness.

If you live near enough to Bromley, and enjoy a football match, then do come along on 16th March to see Bromley FC vs Leyton Orient. The Club are kindly dedicating the match to ChildAid where we will have announcements and a bucket collection. We are also considering taking a sponsors table for pre-match dinner and half-time warmth in the director’s suite. If you care to join us, then tickets are £50 including the dinner and prime seats for the match - let me know at [email protected]

I trust and pray that you will experience His compassion.
