In a past newsletter we wrote about season changes, there is no apology to consider again the concept of how every event and experience in life occurs at a divinely appointed time, reflecting God’s order and purpose. All of our lives are made of seasons and our montage of images across the “calendar” seasons at our projects will, we hope, give you a good sense of all the great activities held throughout the year and all the changes in young lives. It is no coincidence that the images are fully of smiling faces – indeed “…a time to laugh”.

Yet, we are all too aware that there are too many times and days of breaking down, weeping, mourning, hurt and war. Our brief overview of the Lighthouse project in Makariv, Ukraine wonderfully demonstrates how our partners change with the times, mature, and develop from small flickers of light to bright shining beacons across a community.
