As the war in Ukraine continuous, children with conditions that need repeated treatment are missing much needed therapy. Children are wounded by the war and feel scared.

They are now offering psychological support to its beneficiaries and therapy via Zoom.
Therapy sessions like speech therapy are also crucial for children with autism, like Vincent. The lessons at the Little Lighthouse helped him be calmer and communicate. But since the war started, he missed so many important lessons, he was scared, had tantrums, and was not talking.
The online sessions organised by our partner helped Vincent to such an extent that he is now talking, and he is much calmer. The speech therapist is working with him every day. The psychologist had online sessions with both Vincent and his mother.
His mother is grateful for the kindness of all the people involved in helping her son.
