Recycling for good

Helping the environment while helping vulnerable children and families.

We are doing our bit to help the environment and raise funds for our projects.

Raise funds by recycling your inkjet cartridges, old mobile phones, unused cartridges watches, jewellery, gadgets, game consoles, cameras and banknotes.

recycle cartridge

We can recycle:

  • Inkjet Cartridges
  • Surplus Full Cartridges
  • Jewellery & Watches(in any material, even if damaged or broken)
  • Currency– Any coins or banknotes, UK & foreign (even if out of circulation)
  • Mobile Phones
  • Cameras(old film, digital and video)
  • Gadgets(Sat-Navs, Ipods, MP3 players, games consoles, games & accessories).

Raise funds for ChildAid whilst at the same time reducing the amount of waste consigned to landfill.

recycling scheme

Recycling your inkjet cartridges, surplus full cartridges & mobile phones with Printer Cartridge Recycling is environmentally friendly and helps to reduce the 250 million cartridges dumped in landfill sites in the last decade.

As well as taking up room in our already-limited landfill sites, it can take up to 1.5 litres of oil to produce a new laser cartridge and ink cartridges can take over 1000 years to decompose!

If you have any gold, silver, odd earrings, broken chains, costume jewellery and watches, you can recycle them at no cost to you whilst raising money for ChildAid.

How the scheme works:

Office drop off

Bring your used inkjet cartridges, surplus full cartridges & mobile phones, watches, jewellery, gadgets, cameras and bank notes to our office during office hours at: 21-23 Elmfield Rd, Bromley BR1 1LT. Call us if you have any questions: 020 8460 6046

Send by post:

We accept the following items in Self-Pack envelopes:

  • Jewellery & Watches(in any material even if damaged or broken)
  • Foreign or UK Banknotes(even out of circulation ones)

Simply use your own envelope or jiffy bag (No bigger than A5 in size) and post free of charge by printing out the freepost label (link) below and attaching to your envelope.

Our partners at Recycling for Good Causes will reuse and recycle the jewellery and Banknotes, giving the proceeds to ChildAid, saving precious raw materials at the same time.

*Please do not send coins to the freepost address above, as the postage costs will far outweigh your donation. *

If you want to send your cartridges by post then please visit this page https://www.emptycartridge.co.uk/childaidee  complete the form and arrange for a free collection.

With your help, we can raise money for children and families in crisis and at the same time care and protect our environment.
